At House of Tennis we work with a detailed seasonal planning that enables us to provide structured lessons and thus implement a uniform training approach at all levels.

Kids and teenagers enjoy a complete training program that includes 30 minutes of coordination and fitness training per tennis session. After all, a successful game of tennis requires good coordination and fitness.

All training sessions take place at the Lengg Tennis Facility.

For beginners, we offer the 60-minute MINI Tennis. Children learn the basic technical skills of all strokes in a playful context and are introduced to the sport.

In KIDS, the children are already familiar with tennis. The aim is to learn correct basic technique through various playful challenges. In addition to tennis training, they also complete a 30-minute coordination session.

For children who have completed the red and orange ball stages and are already playing with green or yellow balls. Tactics and understanding of the game are given greater consideration in training.
